Our range of services in personnel recruitment area includes:

• Candidate selection and filtering, based on employer criteria and job specific requirements;
• Ensuring that statutory documentation is provided and validated, including Medical Evidence, References, Qualification certificates, Police clearance certificate. As well as ensuring all documents are translated, with certification into English.
• Providing our clients with a selection of full CVs to review, Movie – Video CVs if you ask for.
• Personal interview – Interview Notes. Preliminary interviews with our candidates to be sure that they will meet our partners specifications.
• Make the arrangements for the interviews including phone interview, video interview (if you ask for) and providing opportunities to interview Candidates in our country for final interview.
• Candidate’s preliminary checks as knowledge, skills, experience, education, including foreign language knowledge, criminal record, health, and so on;
• Full recruitment assistants provided. Full assistants in Work Permit process, - including complete the application form on your behalf. Work Permit application to UK Home Office, for Romanians is free of charge.
• Training program organized for our candidates including foreign Language courses
• Based on job requirements we organize training courses for our candidates, similar to induction courses regarding their jobs and new country specific life style; to adapt better as possible to the new job and new life stile prior that they live Romania;
• We replace the candidates, at your request.
• We issue a Documents’ Verification Form that include the verification of the documents & references;
• Candidate’s assistance to preparing their files;
• Professional CV creation based on Candidates skills & CV forwarding;
• Visa-related issues - consular talks.
